hi im trying to set my charge 5 and is saying that the watch is blocket and it doesn’t let me connect to it via bluetooth in the setup

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. I'd suggest to to restart it following these instructions:
1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds to see if the Fitbit logo appears.
If this doesn't solve the issue, please contact Fitbit support to get further assistance:

A warm welcome @denishatz. I´m sorry to hear that you Charge 5 says that is blocked.

Please let me know if you paired your Charge 5 before and unpaired it or if it´s the first time you wear it.
