all of a sudden my charge 5 started buzzing intermittently & nothing will appear on the screen. it doesn’t seem to be connecting through bluetooth either.
ideas?!

Hi, @avc2 , welcome to the community, you do not mention how long you've had your "Charge 5" All wearable devices have a finite life span limited by the number of charge/discharge cycles of the battery. Your first step should be to place your "Charge 5" on the charging cable (connected to a live USB socket) Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? explains some issues that occur and charge for at least 60 minutes. Restart your "Charge 5" This video demonstrates the process. If you continue to have problems connecting your "Charge 5" with the app on your phone you will find these articles of interest How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Another step you might try once you have synced your "Charge 5" is to change the clock face for another to see if this improves things. From the "Today" screen in your phone app touch your icon in the top left corner>Charge 5 tile>gallery>clocks tab>select a clock>install>sync.
If these steps fail to move you forward talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. It's a good idea to note the steps you've taken and the results so you can brief the agent clearly and allow them to quickly understand your problem. Depending on when & where you bought your "Charge 5" you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty
