Had this C5 about a month and this is the 3rd time it's had a glitch....what a load of rubbish and what a waste of money!! It now won't hold its charge and when it does have charge nothing registers. Won't be recommending this to anybody and unless a miracle cure is found to eradicate all the problems it's back to the store for a refund!! I have updated it recently so something fundamentally is wrong with the whole thing. NOT IMPRESSED!!

@SunsetRunner if the not holding charge is recent, it was probably caused by the firmware update you recently installed. This has and is being discussed at length in other threads in this forum.

If you read the thread about the update you will see that it is the update itself which has caused problems.

@SunsetRunner I suggest contacting support directly and asking them to replace it - or if you bought it from a physical retailer, return it to them under the warranty.
