Fitbit Pay Support in Israel

Hi,

I recently purchased a FitBit Charge 5 and am using it in Israel. When I try adding a credit card to the Wallet feature, I get the "Unable to use Fitbit Pay / not supported" message.

My question is, is there a plan or a timeline for when Fitbit Pay will be supported in my country?

The way I see it, this is one of the main reasons I purchased the tracker against other competitors, and it will be a pity if this feature is useless in my country.

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Gil-S

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 and Fitbit Pay in Israel.

I was able to confirm that Fitbit Pay is available in Israel, but there's only one bank listed for the moment. You can review the list of banks compatible with this feature here: Banks & Transit Supporting Fitbit Pay.

In addition, you can also vote for these ideas shared in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community:

If you have a more specific suggestion or if you have a specific bank in mind, you can also post your idea separately. This is always helpful for the team to continue to track popularity and demand over time.

Thanks for your response and for sharing the "https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/fitbit-pay/banks" link, which I already visited before creating this discussion.

The only payment entity existing under Israel is "Max", and this is not a bank - FYI.

So I am a bit surprised, with all due respect to Max, that this is the only service provider you are integrating with, given the fact it is not anywhere in the top 10 existing banks today - I would be surprised to know that anyone who is holding a Charge 5 tracker has a Max account (so what is the point here?).

I added my vote in https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/To-add-more-support-banks-in-Israel/idi-p/519727... I hope this will help pace thing up.

@Gil-S Thank you for your reply confirming that you already added your vote to this feature suggestion.

I hope more banks from Israel can be added to the list and that more Community members can vote for this idea as well.

Please know that all your comments and feedback are greatly appreciated.
