I just got my Charge 5 and generally I like it. However this morning when I snoozed my alarm it kept a buzzing on my wrist. Checking that behavior again now indeed when the alarm goes off the snooze intervention does nothing, the alarm keeps right on buzzing. By swiping snooze I suppose that initiates the 9 minutes new cycle, but why doesn't the alarm immediately silence like a normal snooze button would? Does anyone else have this same behavior? I came across some old forum posts about the charge 2, that doesn't seem to apply here given that I am interacting with the watch to engage snooze and the alarm keeps going.

Hi, welcome to the Community forums, @dittothat.
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the behavior you've been experiencing with your Charge 5.
I just tested this on my Charge 5 and experienced the same thing you mentioned. The device continues to vibrate for a few seconds after you've snoozed the alarm.
In this case, I would recommend that you post this idea (to stop the alarm immediately) in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible so other users can vote for it.
This is always helpful for the team of developers to continue to track popularity and demand over time.

I took you up on this invitation and initiated a feature request. I hope that if anyone finds this thread they will go and vote for that feature. Thanks.
