CALORIES NOT CALILATING PROPERTLY

Calories are not calculating properly after swimming. Energy burned shows a very low number. When I go to Edit Exercise Details and hit done it shows a much high number for energy burned. 

On the Today front page on fit bit app Swim shows the low number 

I have called support 3 times and have got really no where and was told the engineers are looking into it. 

HELP PLEASE
