Calorie intake not updating Charge 5

My Charge 5 is not reflecting the calories I input throughout the day. It suddently stopped 2 days ago. I have tried syncing and rebooting, but to no avail.

Thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Charge 5 device and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

If you already tried to complete the 3 pulse restart procedure and you continue to experience the same problem, please try these additional steps that have been useful for other users:  

  1. Please sync your device in the Fitbit app. 
  2. If you  can't sync:
    • Remove the device in the Fitbit app.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
    • Set up the device again.
  3. If you're still not seeing your calories, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display. 

In case the calories are being shown on your device, but not on the Fitbit app, please try the following steps as well: 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the information. 
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
