I find when I am walking/moving the Charge 5 measures my heart rate as much higher than it actually is, by quite a lot. It will say my heart rate is 150 while walking, but as soon as I stop moving the watch will pick it up accurately in the 90s. It's like it's sensing my arm movement rather than my heart rate. Frustrating!

Before considering other options, there are some general recommendations that are usually helpful with this type of issues with heart rate. If you haven't done so already, I recommend that you try restarting the device using the three pulse restart method mentioned here below, instead of the restart option found on the Charge 5 itself:
