I am given a small amount of calories a day. Something like 459. I will enter a ZERO calorie item such as tea. My available calories drop to about 5-10 less. Why does this happen when I entered 0 calories? I barely get enough as it is without it lowering my count for nothing.

How do I stop this? It happens all the time.

Hello @SleepyBiker

The calories budget adapt permanently based on the difference between your intake and expense. If it dropped a bit it is because it adjusted your budget based on how much you moved since the last update. It is based on a prediction using the data from the day so far.
