Hello, I was wondering if anyone else had this same problem, I have been recently waking up to my Fitbit saying I’ve burned 600 calories in my sleep which is nearly impossible especially since I have no steps for the day. If so is there any solution to this problem?

Best AnswerIt is not an error and it would be impossible only if it was 0 and you were alive. You have been breathing and your heart has been beating, which burn calories.
Fitbit includes your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories which you are always burning just to stay alive. These are credited even when you are not wearing your watch. They normally account for more than half of your daily calorie burn.
