Hi, i cannot get the calories in calorues out calculation, for today i have 1,123 calories in (which is actually yesterday's calorie intake), then i have 2,798 calories out (which is the calories burned today), then i have 1,203 calories left in my budget.
Can someone explain how this is calculated and what it means exactly?

@kevbon83 The calorie budget depends on what you set as your deficit goal for the day - 500, 1000, 1500 calories?
If at the time you looked at the app and it showed 1123 calories consumed and 2798 cal expended, then you have a deficit of approximately 1700 cal. the app says you still have about 1200 cal to consume which would put your deficit at around 500 cal for the day (not counting whatever calories you have still to expend for the rest of the day).

The numbers are dynamic and depends on the time that you looked at them. Let me know the specific numbers and the time that you looked.
