Cannot click the times to change it, it’s just non-responsive.
Kind of the last straw with fitbit since the google takeover issues, so will take recommendations for new tracker, too.

I’m having the same issue. I have restarted both on my Fitbit and the 3 pulse method on the charging cord. It changes on the scrolling screen but stays the same time as I had previously set it.
