Can't install ECG app to Charge 5

As subject. I'm used Charge 5. When I go to explore, and click ECG report, that I want to install ECG app to charge 5. Then select all to the permission, but it keep back to (install) button. Then I go to gallery app, but didn't found ECG APP on gallery.

I do clear storage cache and data, and re install the app. Restart device and charge 5. But the problem still exist.

Thanks for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with the ECG app for Charge 5. 

Could you please confirm if this feature has been added to your country? Unfortunately the ECG feature is not available in all countries for the moment. I recommend that you review this list to confirm. 

If you live in a country that is present on the list, please try the following steps: 

• Log out from the app.
• Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
• Restart your phone. 
• Log back in to check if you're able to see the app. 
• Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
• Make sure the Fitbit app and your phone's operating system are updated to the latest version available.

I do all step

but still cant install ECG app

when it require permission, I accept all, but keep stuck on "installing" button

@arvianmr As mentioned, it appears the ECG, and Irregular heart rhythm, functionality are not available in Indonesia. I am sure that @DavideFitbit could provide a detailed explanation as to why. I would expect this would be related to each country's individual regulatory approval process for devices like this.

@arvianmr Thank you for sharing this update. 

As you mentioned earlier, unfortunately the ECG feature is not available in all countries for the moment and it would not be possible to receive the feature by changing the location on the Fitbit app, since this feature often requires the approval of certain agencies and institutions of each country before they can be activated for use. I recommend that you review this list periodically to check if your country has been added.

In the meantime, I recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community. This section is monitored regularly by the team of developers. I see some ideas posted about having ECG with some countries that are not currently on the list, but I haven't seen one posted for Indonesia yet.
