Hey Fitbit, how did you do less with more?

Not only are the faces atrocious, but they completely lack the functionality of your previous, lower tech trackers. 

Then as I am going through theses forums literally everyone hates them. However you have done absolutely nothing.

Why?

Why is is so difficult to keep the stats heavy display?

Why is it impossible simply to fully customize the display?

I've had my HR Charge for a day and plan on returning it because I want a fitness tracker. Not a gimmicky watch that also tracks health.

Severely disappointed.

Thank you for sharing all your feedback about the Charge 5 and the clock faces.  

As you mentioned earlier, it's always great to have more clock faces to choose from. If you haven't done so already, please consider voting for these ideas posted in the forums: 

• More clock faces for the Charge 5.  
• Charge 5 Customize clock faces colors.
• Fitbit studio for Charge 5 to create clock faces. 
• Add clean and easy to read clock faces for Charge 5. 
• Charge 5 Heavy stat clock face. 

If you have a more specific idea for a clock face, I would also recommend that you post your idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.

All of these clock faces are atrocious. They look like you guys grabbed them from the cover of 80s hiphop vhs. Why cant we use old clock faces on the new watches? The charge 3 had a beautiful clear design clock face where you could read all your info in a snap and not flip through and fuss with it

Thanks for sharing all your feedback and comments about this issue with your Charge 5. 

We haven't received any updates about clock faces from older models bein implemented on this device for the moment, but I do recommend that you post your idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community If you have a more specific idea for a clock face so it can be taken into consideration.
