Can't migrate to Google Account

I get this message when trying to move my fitbit account - any ideas or work around?

Are you trying to use your personal Google account and get this error message?

It's my personal GMail account, but registered in my company name - i.e. name at company.com

I'm sensing by question that this may be an issue?

And then whether there is a workaround.

@SunsetRunner   That is the format for a Google Workspace account.  Do you have a personal Google account?  You must transfer from a personal account, with an address like name@gmail.com.

Thanks for the insights here - very useful. Sounds like I’ll have to move on from Fitbit - don’t need another email account.
