you'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.

@Oldbitty111111 Thank you for the details provided, and checking the help article shared by our friend. Just to confirm, when you open the Fitbit app do you see a Settings icon at the upper right corner? Or do you see your initials or a profile picture? I'm asking this as if it's the latter one, it means you already migrated your Fitbit account to Google and it's not necessary to do the same process again.
Nevertheless, if you see different icons or options, I'd also suggest contacting our Support team as they'll be able to check your account and guide you through the process.
