I went swimming with my Charge 5 on and completely forgot about the Water Lock setting. However I have swam with it on last year on vacation with no issues. Last Tuesday after my quick dip, the screen went completely black. I put it in a bag of rice for 3 days and brought it home yesterday. I charged it and went through all the reset steps to no avail. It will vibrate but will not reset. Great - I was told it was done and I accepted that and was given a 50% off code to use to purchase a new tracker. I was willing to purchase a new one, but somehow my contact info shows my Canadian address correctly, except for the city and country which indicates that I am located in the U.S. So the code I got came with the U.S. store link which I am unable to purchase through. I called back, another gentleman assisted me, and told me he fixed my address and try again in 24 hours. Nope - still takes me to the U.S. store and my address still shows DC, United States.
Ugh ... getting frustrated. I suspect I made an error when first setting up my profile and never went past entering my street address, so perhaps that is the problem, but trying to get this rectified is becoming a major pain.
