I’m trying to access the EKG (not heart rate!) function on my Charge 5 using my iPhone 11.  It is supposed to be available in Australia however I can’t find the app in the App Store or use the one from Google Play. The EKG functionality is the main reason I got the Charge 5. How do I use it on my iPhone?

Hello @SandrainOz and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote.  The ECG feature is part of the Fitbit app.  You don't need anything else from the App Store.  This Help article describes the ECG app in detail.  You might also find this YouTube video helpful.
