it seems the banks that they work with is very limited in the uk. none of the big boys . very dispapointed. a bit of a useless app

I understand your point of view about not supporting more UK banks, and I;m sorry for this inconvenience. Because our team keeps expanding our bank partnerships that support Fitbit Pay, try contacting your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. Take in mind that it’s up to your bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Pay.

 

Our developers strive to improve the Fitbit Pay experience, and they're interested in hearing more about the banks you want to see in the future. I'd encourage you sharing the name of your bank in the Feature Suggestions board, and vote for other ideas suggested by our members.

While fitbit, can let the banks know, the final decision to handle fitbit pay is up to the bank.
