I enabled location for ‘always’ to use GPS and from that moment on couldn’t open any stats in my home page app. Deleted app and reinstalled and it’s working but also turned off location services. Hope it’s worked out with the next update

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and for the steps tried on your own. This is odd as the location services shouldn't affect the way the Fitbit app works. Because this wasn't your case, may I know the model and OS version of your phone? Did you make sure to have the Fitbit app updated?

 

In case you'd like to work on this, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Enable the location services to Always.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and check your details.
