Anytime I want to open and add some info to the app it says not connecting to the internet even though I am. Other apps sre working just fine.

Hi @Kapisonek are you entering this info through the fitbit app on the phone?
If so. Android or Apple and I'll be glad to move your post to the correct board.

Hi, yeah via phone, Apple. This is the only app that gives me issues and can not open or enter details. Thanks a lot
