My new Charge 5 often freezes the heart rate, so it doesn’t measure anything overnight, even sleep or health metrics. To defrost it is necessary do restart the device using the charging cable. This has been happening everyday, so before sleep I must verify this issue to correct. How to fix this malfunction?
