I have a new Charge 5.
charged it fully last weekend. Was down to 13% this morning so attached the charger. It intermittently begins to charge but only for a few seconds. I have tried restarting.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issue you're experiencing with your Charge 5.
If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article, as this has been useful for other users.
If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.

I would also make sure that you have the latest Charge 5 firmware version.

I bought my ftaher a charge 5 last year and without warning it will not charge, activate or function in anyway.
I have attempted the restart [connecting to charging cable and pressing the button 3 times] but to no avail.
My father re-subscribed to premium thinking it had stopped the watch working and it is annoying and frustaring, as i bought the watch so he could monitor his helath etc given his age.
Please help and advise.
