Since I updated the Fitbit app on my iPhone on Wednesday to version 3.68.1, my Charge 5 will not hold a charge, will not pick up heart rate, or will not monitor sleep. It was working perfectly prior to that update. Charge 5 has been reset both via the device settings, and via the button on the charger. I've also reset the device to factory settings. Nothing makes a difference. The Charge 5 has the latest firmware version installed. Suggestions?
