Charge 5 Battery not charging

Charge 5 battery stopped charging. Was just charging fine, then all of a sudden it shows on the face to check charger.  Now even when I don't have the charger attached it is still showing that. Not sure what to do, please help. **update** did a reset using the charger since fitbit was unresponsive and this fixed the issue. Fitbit charged and working fine.

I’m glad you fixed this issue.  For others reading this a restart can solve many issues and is the first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit is not behaving as expected.
