I am already paying monthly subscription for Fitbit Premium. However, I have purchased an upgraded fitbit which gas 6 months include free. How do I cancel my payment that I am already paying?

I have a feeling that the Premium free trial may be for new customers only. You may need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support about this. Please see Contact.Fitbit.com
