Monday morning, 2/26/24, my Charge 5 was still displaying the data from the day before. I started tracking my walk but within the hour my Fitbit display was black. I charged for a while and nothing. I tried the reset on the charging cable and nothing. I checked all week and nothing. Saturday, 3/2/24 the display was on however, it showed the date of 2/28/24. After logging in online to figure out what was what, the display showed the correct date but zero data (steps, etc.)
It seems to be working now. YAY! No clue what caused this 😞
