New Charge 5. Wouldn't sync. Turns out my phone doesn't find the Charger when scanning for wi-fi devices. It is 100% charged. I've tried plugging it into the charger. I've restarted my phone and the app. I did the suggested, press charger the times with 1 second between depressions and wait 4 seconds, tap twice. Display indicates 100% charged but Charger is not found. Should I send it back? Or am I missing something? Oh, yes, I have the mobile app on my phone. The sync doesn't work, because my phone doesn't see the Charger. And yes, my phone sees other wifi devices.
