Hi, can Charge 5 warn me of elevated body temperature due to infection? In real time?

Like the estimated blood oxygenation reading, the skin temperature provides an average temp during the night to provide estimated averaged trend information from day-to-day while are bodies are at rest (which also helps reduce the number of variables influencing the reading). Being that these devices are not medical devices they are not intended to diagnose, but rather provide insight. A thermometer is a better tool to determine if the body core temp is elevated due to infection.

Hello @WhiteDot
It doesn't have the ability to do that I'm afraid. The only temperature it measures is the difference in skin temperature during the night. It will only give one figure showing that it varied by a degree (or whatever) either up and down, but doesn't tell you what the temperature itself is.
I'm sorry about that.
