Hi,
I am regularly having issues with my Charge 5 picking up a GPS signal on the in-built GPS. I have tried changing between "Built-In" and "Dynamic", I have tried resetting the device immediately before using it, the battery charge level is high (50% to 80%+), but it's just refusing to connect, even after waiting 10 minutes.
I'm not in a weak GPS area as I have other devices which connect to a signal within 15 to 20 seconds and have no problem holding the signal, so it's definitely the Charge 5 which is at fault.
I'm running the latest firmware. The app is also the latest version on Android.

Mine always says connecting when I have it on “built-in” mode, until I start the activity, then it connects. - it then records very inaccurately.
On Dynamic it usually says connected before I press start ok the activity, - it appears to log my position more accurately when it uses my phone’s gps.
(edited so it makes sense)
