My steps page is blank. I have an iPhone, if I delete the app it looks like I lose all my data (which I really do not want to do). Please advise

Could you please try to uninstall / reinstall the app ? This one time exception workaround worked for some users, without any information loss.
To do so, please try to:
1. Logout.
2. Uninstall the Fitbit App.
3. Reinstall the Fitbit App.
4. Login.

Hello @Joy1967
You won't lose any data when you uninstall, then re-install the Fitbit app. Your data will re-appear when you log back into the app. You can do a manual sync to make sure that any tracked data will be uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers.

Ok I “deleted” the app .. then reinstalled and it worked. Thank you

I also deleted/reinstalled the app and glad I didn’t lose 14 years of data! It worked! The missing info on the app Home Screen (hourly activity and sleep schedule) for over a week, is now working!
