I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not charging or turning on. 

This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. 

Could you please confirm if you can see the lights on the back of the pebble? 

Please, try to restart your device as explained here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
