The side pads or buttons my my charge 5 are no longer working. When I try to perform an ecg scan it doesn't ever register that I even put my fingers on the sensor pads. I have reset my Fitbit and rebooted my app, uninstalled ecg, reinstalled ecg, and updated my Fitbit. Anyone know if this is fixable? It has been working fine for almost a year and just now stopped working. I got it second hand fall 2022, so I'm sure it wasn't an error of the previous user since it used to work perfectly for me.

Try moistening your finger tips when doing the ECG or EDA scans. If your fingers are too dry, the sensors can't get a good connection.
