Greetings Support!

 

I have a question about the new firmware update that I don't see an answer in the information provided online. Does the new firmware address the battery drain I'm currently dealing with under FW 188.58, yes or no? That is all I need to know, a simple yes or no. The online information doesn't specifically state the battery drain issue is addressed with the new FW so it is an appropriate question.

My wife is also having battery charge/drain issues with her Charge5. When charging it gets to 49% and goes no further. After removing and wearing for a while, then putting it back on the charger, it will “jump” to 100%. Similar situation when discharging as it goes down to 38% then dies. I hope the new firmware can fix this annoying problem
