Several things ever since I updated my Fitbit on Thursday:
-My device was unresponsive for almost 24 hours
-When I finally got the screen to come on again, my HR tracker stopped working
-After doing a device reset, toggling the HR tracker off and then on again, and doing a hard reset it still didn’t work
-I deleted the Fitbit app and redownloaded it, as per request of customer support, to see if that would fix the issue
-Since then I’ve had my HR tracker work twice for an hour or two each time, but it took toggling the HR tracker off then on, restarting the device, and doing a hard reset each time for it to work. Only to stop working AGAIN.
I have a medical condition which requires me to track my HR at all times, this is NOT GOOD.
and on top of all that, my battery life is absolute garbage now. Before the update my battery life would last a week. Since the update I’ve had to charge it 3 times! 3 times in 4 days!!! And before y’all come for me on that, that’s battery life draining AFTER changing my settings to stop giving me notifications on it, and changing the display brightness to the lowest setting.
WTH FITBIT.
