My Fitbit Charge5 from today stopped to worked,even charger dosnt help

Hi there @Saami. It is nice to see a new face around. 

Thanks for sharing your concerns about your Charge 5 that won't work. 

I'm guessing if you mentioned that charging it did nothing, I have to guess that your Charge 5 is not turning on. In that case, I will suggest taking the following steps: 

  1. Clean the gold contacts on your Fitbit and charging cable.
  2. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your Fitbit to the charging cable.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  4. Confirm that you removed the plastic protective cover from the back of the device.
