I have been a user since a year back and absolutely fell in love with my fitbit. It was a total game changer for me and I would look forward to waking up to another day of using it.
Everything was so educational, motivating and easy with the features. It was colorful and fun.
Ever since the app got updated I started using my watch less and less frequently. I gave it several tries but the fun was gone. I see myself being a pretty technically skilled person but even to me it was hard finding and navigating between the diffirent tools and settings. Can’t imagine a less technical person.
You have received an extreme amount of people giving feedback about this topic, and many understand the complexity and challenge such a change brings. However this should be a wakeup call to the company. The app will not get successfull with time. Listen to your users. Act now. Do something or people will slowly drop off and simply switch gadget.
