I purchased a Charge 5 just a couple of weeks ago. All seemed to be working fine, except that my HRV never shows, even though I've been wearing the watch non-stop. I wear the watch as described (not too loose, not too tight,...). I've seen many complaints about this, but no solution. Restarting, reinstalling, ...none of that has worked. Please solve!
Another issue that occurred is that SpO2 worked fine when I got it (I live in Colombia), but as soon as I left the country (trip to Guyana), the SpO2 just disappeared. It was nowhere to be found, not in the apps list. Then, when I returned home, the SpO2 just reappeared. Checking the forum, people suggested setting the country to the US, but mine was already set to this and never changed. I tried setting it to different ones, but to no avail. This shouldn't happen. The watch should work everywhere. How can this be avoided?

I just found out that the ECG function only works in some countries. Was it really hard to be clear about this in the product info? One of the main reasons I got the Fitbit Charge 5 is because I have arrhythmia, but I live in South America and for whatever odd reason, this widely marketed function is not available here. Fix this.
