Charge 5 Has gone blank

My Charge 5 lost a day's data last week. Now the screen is blank will not charge or display. Have kept clean and charged regularly. Have pressed button on charger cable and nothing has happened.

I’m having the same issue today.  Fully charged as of yesterday and was working early this morning, now black screen.  Nothing displays

Same issue here - I contacted customer support and they said it's not under warrantee 😞

If you check the Charge 5 board, there's hundreds of threads just like this one, seems like the Charge series is bricking for everyone

That stinks. This is my 3rd Fitbit, 1st Charge 5. They seem to only last
a couple of years at best. Time to change brands.

I don't know sdoodle, I've tried everything too. Right now I'm trying to let the battery completely drain, maybe charging it from completely dead will somehow help? I have no idea, I'm frustrated!
