Does anyone notice that their Charge 5 doesn't track heart rate accurately? It constantly says my heart rate is in the 90s when it's actually in the 70s, and while I'm working out it reads in 100s when it's actually in the 140s. In order for it to get an accurate heart rate reading, I need to sit still which kind of defeats the purpose.
I've tried resetting it, ensuring it is up to date, making sure the charge is above 50% before each workout, positioning the Fitbit two finger above where the wrist bend, and making it tighter but nothing seems to help the readings. At the moment, I have resorted to using my Alta HR to track my exercises but I would love to hear if anyone else has had this problem and was able to remedy it, or hear any suggestions on what to try.
