Charge 5 - Heart Rate Stuck

My heart rate has been showing as at 73 all day long today and the green lights underneath have turned off. I’ve logged two workouts today- one HIIT and one spin and it stayed on 73. As a result, my cardio load, calories, heart range data etc is all way off. Any ideas?!

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue regarding the heart rate readings of your Charge 5. 

Could you please confirm if the Heart Rate setting is on? To do so, please swipe down from the clock screen. Look on other settings and find Heart Rate.

Hi, yes the heart rate is toggled on and I have restarted the device. It appears to be working today for now but this keeps happening. Thanks!

Could you please try something? It's worth a try! Sometimes you can help the heart rate tracker become "unstuck" by following these steps:

  1. Turn the heart rate track OFF, then sync your device : How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
  2. Turn it back ON, then sync again your device. 
  3. Restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  4. Sync one last time.
