Charge 5 - My experience with customer support

my charge 5 replacement has once again stopped working. it’s been flashing the logo and vibrating constantly. resets are not working. customer service chat is saying it’s unavailable even when it’s within the hours of operation. customer service call was sketchy they wanted me to read over the google code i got sent to my phone that also says “don’t share your code with anyone” and told me she couldn’t help me further if i didn’t verify it. i may just be agitated and overthinking but i hung up the call. i am not taking any chances just for them to tell me they can’t help me anyway. i am not sure if this company is worth buying products from anymore..they only last a year or so (and i take care of mine) and 12 months warranty is ridiculous.

Hi @colubgo1 how did you get to customer support? Some people have been doing a search and found links that went to places that were not Fitbit. To get official help - you'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.
