Hi,
I have had my fit bit on ever day and night since Saturday and it isn’t showing any data and fiancé has had his for over a week and again his isn’t working either.
Both are new, updated, and we have tried restarting the watch, logging out the app and restarting phones but nothing is working. I have checked the discover and there is no temperature tile either. I spoke to support who couldn’t resolve the issue and just said they’d raise it higher and email me about it.
Is anyone else having these issues?

Be careful. There are 2 temperature tiles, not well- distinguished. One is overnight skin temperature; the other is internal temperature that only gets populated by you entering your own data from your own thermometer. Actually I don't remember whether or not Charge 5 tracks skin temp overnight; I think so, though it's not very useful. If both tiles dont show. you can get them on phone app via Edit button near top right, then scroll down to 'Additional Stats' and add any'.
