Charge 5 - Progress/data issue

After a long workout I go and try to update my app on the progress that I have achieved on my fitbit charge 5. It wasn't syncing so I decided to put my watch on charge and sync it while it is on charge. Suddenly the fitbit logo appears while my watch is charging and all my progress is gone and the progress before I synced my watch that was showing on my app appears on my watch. My progress on my watch is not coming back and I would like to know if I can get that progress back.

Hi, @simyxoxo , when you see the Fitbit logo, that means that your Fitbit has restarted.  A restart should not change or delete any data.

If your workout has, very unusually, disappeared with the restart, then the only way to recover the data is to create a manual log.  The instructions for that are here .
