Why does the Charge 5 not offer the Relax app and other Fitbits do?  Will the Charge 5 ever offer the Relax app in the future?

Thank you for sharing this inquiry about Relax app on the Charge 5 device. 

As you mentioned earlier, currently this app is not available on the device, and unfortunately we don't have information regarding the possibility of this feature being added to the Charge 5 for the moment. However, if you haven't done so already, make sure to vote for this idea posted in the Product Feedback board of the Community and to add your comments as well: Bring the Relax app to Charge 5. 

This section is regularly monitored by the team of developers to keep track of popularity and demand over time.
