Screen is completely glitching out- spazzing out white like the screen is damaged. It will work for a solid 2 seconds before it does it. To make it worse, Fitbit’s customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. It took 3 hours to get everything sorted and I had to talk with 6 different individuals.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, the customer service has ruined my experience with Fitbit. And therefore I will be moving on to a different company in a year.
