Charge 5 Screen locked on Fitbit logo

Hello everyone, 

 

I received my Charge 5 last week and a couple of days after activation, during the night, the device shifted to the Fitbit logo on screen and became completely unresponsive. I tried to reset the device using the button on the charger, but will just go back to the Fitbit logo. I also waited until the device went off due to the battery being drained, but as soon as I connect the charger again it will go to the Fitbit logo again.

 

Any clues on how to proceed?

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with the Charge 5 and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.
