Set my FitBit Charge 5 up to charge for a few minutes before heading to work, lef the house at around 7:45am, around 2pm, I noticed that the screen appears to be broken (its a greenish background with loads of small white lines across the front), I've tried restarting it but that doesnt work and have also tried to change the clockface (this was for some reason suggested by support on another thread).
To my knowlege, the device hasn't been dropped and I rarely expose it to water (hasn't been exposed to water in weeks), so I don't know what happened to it but it appears to be a hardware issue.
Would anyone have any advice on what I might be able to do to fix it that won't void the warrenty (device is about 8 months old as i got it for christmas). In Ireland, their support seems to only be active between 8 and 7, so it isn't too easy for me to get in touch (as I'm in work all day).
