Hi,

 

My husband’s fit bit got stuck on Fitbit logo. Prior this it went black, then I tried to do the rest with charger button .Pressed 3 times 1sec interval. But now it got stuck with logo only. I can still feel a vibration when i click on the button at the charger. But it’s just the same:( 

Can any help? Thanks

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.  

In this case, since you already tried the restart procedure with the charging cable and you continue to experience the same problem with the display being stuck with the logo, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. They will let you know how to proceed.
