Missing apps Charge 5

Via my phone, I am no longer able to find the data from my sleep or my steps. How can I get these back? These are the primary things I use.

Thank you for the information provided about this issue with your data. 

Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if your device is no longer recording this information, if the historical data that you had in your account is missing, or if you're referring to the tiles in the dashboard. In the meantime, please try these steps listed below: 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your data.  
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
